Acquisition Announcement: Heina Ltd. Acquires Salon Teknopaja Oy’s Business Operations

We are pleased to announce that as of August 30, 2024, Heina Ltd. has acquired the business operations of Salon Teknopaja Oy. This acquisition includes the manufacturing and maintenance operations of Shock Tester (up to 30,000G) and PWB/PCB Drop Test equipment, which will now be managed by Heina Ltd. Part of Salon Teknopaja Oy’s employees will continue working for Heina.
