Drop Tester DT2000n with optional high-speed camera
The Heina Drop Tester DT2000n is the latest in the evolution of drop testing! The test protocols in use allow for accurate pre-planning and execution of tests in exactly the desired way. They allow test sets to be easily reproduced and a test report of each can be saved for later review.
The optional cloud service allows you to view test reports from anywhere in the world, as well as easily share test protocols between multiple test devices.
Heina Measurement App streamlines drop testing with seamless integration between the device and Heina’s drop tester. It leverages the dropped object’s sensors for on-the-fly data analysis.

Drop testing itself is as simple as before. Test product is attached to the suction pads or to the optional pneumatic gripper and dropped from a height of 500–2000 mm to the desired drop base (concrete, steel, wood, etc.). The dropping sled guides the test item down towards the base at the wanted orientation.
The operator can record observations in the test report after each drop. This makes it easy to go through the test cases and results later.
