PRECISION drop testing

Drop Tester DT3000s is used to test the breakage of various small items and components.

Drop Tester DT3000s is used to test the breakage of various small products up to 5 kilograms. With our Drop Tester you can also attach a high frequency video camera to the equipment in order to verify what actually happens, when the tested item hits the base of the machine.

Test product is attached to the suction pads and dropped from a height of 500 – 3 000 mm or speed of 3.45 – 7.7 m/s. The dropping sled guides the test item down towards the base at the wanted orientation.

Drop Tester must not be used to test explosive objects or such objects which at breaking release hazardous gases that may cause a health risk to the user or the surroundings.
