Acquis­i­tion Announce­ment: Heina Ltd. Acquires Salon Tekno­paja Oy’s Busi­ness Oper­a­tions

We are pleased to announce that as of August 30, 2024, Heina Ltd. has acquired the busi­ness oper­a­tions of Salon Tekno­paja Oy. This acquis­i­tion includes the man­u­fac­tur­ing and main­ten­ance oper­a­tions of Shock Test­er (up to 30,000G) and PWB/PCB Drop Test equip­ment, which will now be man­aged by Heina Ltd. Part of Salon Tekno­paja Oy’s employ­ees will con­tin­ue work­ing for Heina.
