PRE­CI­SION drop test­ing

Drop Test­er DT3000s is used to test the break­age of vari­ous small items and com­pon­ents.

Drop Test­er DT3000s is used to test the break­age of vari­ous small products up to 5 kilo­grams. With our Drop Test­er you can also attach a high fre­quency video cam­era to the equip­ment in order to veri­fy what actu­ally hap­pens, when the tested item hits the base of the machine.

Test product is attached to the suc­tion pads and dropped from a height of 500 – 3 000 mm or speed of 3.45 – 7.7 m/s. The drop­ping sled guides the test item down towards the base at the wanted ori­ent­a­tion.

Restric­tions
Drop Test­er must not be used to test explos­ive objects or such objects which at break­ing release haz­ard­ous gases that may cause a health risk to the user or the sur­round­ings.
